Do you need service NOW?
If you purchased your product through Promaxima, you can choose to contact us directly – or you may contact the dealer in which you have purchased it from. Contact us anytime to order parts or if your equipment needs service or if you have questions regarding your equipment.
To Order Parts, Pads and Cables
Cable Orders: Please supply 2 photos. A wide angle photo will help us determine the year the machine was made. The second photo needs to include the top of the weight stack to determine if the cable attached with a bolt or set screw. Please email pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your shipping address.
Upholstery orders: Please supply 1 wide angle photo of the machine to help us determine when the machine was made. Email photo to email@example.com with your contact information and shipping address, a quote will be sent back to you for approval.
Other parts: Please send a minimum of 3 photos, two of the machine close up where the part is missing/damaged and one wide angle photo of the entire machine for us to determine what year the machine was made. Please email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your contact information and shipping address. A quote will be sent back to you for approval.
Warranty parts orders: To expedite warranty parts requests please email your request directly to our service department at email@example.com. Include the make, model, serial number (on cardio equipment) and invoice number along with your contact information - Name, address, company name and phone number.
Preventive Maintenance Service
All manufactured products and remanufactured products perform better when they have the proper care. For a longer lifespan please follow recommended preventive maintenance procedures you received when your equipment was delivered. We can provide monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance plans on all of your equipment, please call 713-667-9609 for more information or email firstname.lastname@example.org .
